How much does pot light installation cost in London, Ontario?
Cost depends on the number of lights, the ceiling type, whether new wiring is required, and if drywall patching is needed. We provide a written quote after assessing the space so there are no surprises.
Do I need a permit for lighting work?
Most standard fixture replacements or pot light installations in existing switch locations do not require a permit. Work that involves new circuits, panel connections, or significant wiring changes typically does. We assess this on every job and handle any required permits for you.
Can you help me choose the right fixtures?
Yes. Lighting is subjective and we understand that. We'll walk you through layout, colour temperature, beam angle, and fixture type to help you build a plan that suits the look and function you're after.
What is the government energy savings program?
Ontario offers rebates for commercial and industrial energy efficiency upgrades, including LED lighting retrofits. Eligibility and amounts change as programs are updated. Ask us when you reach out and we'll let you know what's currently available and whether your project qualifies.
